Research On Cadres Examination And Evaluation System Of Power Enterprise

To promote the scientific development concept, the central and autonomous regions called for the establishment of scientific leadership and members of the Examination and Evaluation System. With practical of power companies, relevant information in the access to a large number of domestic and foreign, the Examination and Evaluation System made a set of deep analysis and comparison for all kinds of other systems. This paper researched and developed a system that reflected the characteristics of power enterprises. This system fully referenced the experience of the qualitative assessment, performance assessment and evaluation system of personal responsibility, selected the three advantages. In this paper, the examination system combined routinely, stage and annually examination, combined Cadres examination and performance assessment that reflected characteristics of business, but also combined the qualitative assessment and quantitative evaluation, which closer actual requirements.Paper first analyzed the evaluation system at home and abroad and research status of the application, on this basis, from system analysis, structured design methods, architecture design, database design four aspects, the system architecture was analyzed. Then proceed from reality, to determine the overall scheme of appraisal system to determine the configuration requirements of system development and software and hardware situation; design of the system function modules. Function modules include basic information management module, democratic evaluation module, complete the module index, comprehensive assessment module, statistical analysis module, the system information management module. Based on function modules, and further to the system database structure is designed. The paper also discusses the function of the system implementation, focusing on basic information management, indicators of information management, democratic evaluation, and statistics are described in detail, and cites examples of the evaluation presentation.Research and development of this thesis, the Examination and Evaluation system has been carried out in the power companies to promote the use and achieved good results.
