A Research In The Countermeasures Of Socialization Of Scientific And Technological Carve-outs Of University Students

In the process that China is transforming from industrial economic society into society of knowledge economy, with the vigorous development of venture investment, Internet, e-commerce and so on, the value of talents and science and technology has become more and more important. Quite a number of successful university students and high-tech enterprises appear, thoroughly changing the structure of China's economy and society. The carve-outs by university students are transformed socially from the results of the scientific innovations by the combination of universities and various social resources in a variety of ways. Scientific and technological carve-outs are a great process of consistent socialization as well as a process of a person's internalization of social value standard, learning role skills, adaption of social life. Besides, the benign operation of it is a basic guarantee of national development strategy, training of university students, transformation of achievements in science and research, service offered by universities.From the beginning of China's scientific and technological system reformation in the middle of 1980, it has achieved a lot in scientific and technological carve-outs, which has not only promoted the development of higher education, but also contributed to the increase of national economy. However, we must examine and take the current situation of scientific and technological carve-outs by university students into account, which is of opportunities and challenges. There remain problems that carving out education of university students has lost touch with market, that atmosphere of carving out is not so thick, that supply of funds is insufficient, that the service system of carving-out is not sound, and that it has high risks. Therefore, the researches in the countermeasures of socialization of scientific and technological carve-outs of university students is of important practical and social significance.This paper emphasizes in the discussion of the substantial links between scientific and technological carve-outs and socialized carve-outs of university students, hoping scientific and technological carve-outs, promoted influenced by benign social atmosphere, can develop healthily and orderly. Therefore, this paper will expand the research in three aspects as follows:Pat1——Theoretical research , which analyzed and summarized the theoretical problems of the scientific and technological carve-outs and socialization. Besides, this paper reviewed the history of education of carve-outs both at home and abroad, meanwhile, discussed the characteristics of scientific and technological carve-outs of university students.Part2——Empirical research, combing knowledge and documents of sociology and management and taking Chengdu for example, deeply researched the socialized consciousness of scientific and technological carve-outs and the current capability to carve out, understood the current situation and found the difficulties and problems encountered in the course of carving out in the area of Chengdu.Part3——Research of countermeasures, which gave a series of advice, on inner and outer environment and students'qualities, to face the socialization of scientific and technological carve-outs.Therefore, through the analysis of the social problems and the reasons in the course of scientific and technological carve-outs, this paper aimed at providing model of operations in compliance with the characteristics of scientific and technological carve-outs in sociology, and intended to give some reasonable and possible advice of policies and countermeasures to promote this act. In this way, we can make full use of the potentials, promoting more students to carve out in science and technology and making the best of the service role of universities to society.
