The Study Of Establishing The Plan Of Collection Corporation Pension For Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

Like many countries, China is facing an increasingly serious problem of population aging and the followed by financial crisis of basic endowment insurance. Occupational pension as an effective tool to address these problems has been established and relatively perfected in many developed countries. China has also established an occupational pension system gradually; occupational pension funds have also begun to take shape. However, the structure of China's occupational pension was imbalance compared to developed, mainly concentrated in monopoly countries and large state-owned enterprises, while numerous SMEs that greatly contributed to the China's economic and employment were basically not have their own corporate pension plan. Of course, the main reason is that the characteristics of SMEs themselves and lack of national policies. From the experience of establishing corporate pension plan for SMEs abroad, it is effective to adopt the plan of collection pension for the development of SMEs'corporate pension plan. However, the theoretical study of the plan of collection pension for SMEs is few, so it is necessary to do a systematic, comprehensive study.This dissertation contains literature analysis,practical survey and comparativeanalysis,researched successful experience abroad respectively,analyzed the demand and supply of the plan of collection corporate pension for SMEs separately, including the analysis of gain and loss to participants and the supply status of the plan of collection corporate pension for SMEs, and then found out the reasons for supply conflicts, including enterprises, financial institutions and policy barriers and other issues.Finally, proposed reasonable suggestions from both macro and micro for the reasons.
