Research On The Method Of Determining The Scale Of Logistics Park

Logistics Park is an infrastructure in the modern logistics system. It has many functions, for example:economies of scale, improve logistics efficiency, reduce social logistics costs, reduce environmental pollution and alleviate traffic problems. But how to determine the scale of Logistics Park in the planning of Logistics Park system is still an important problem. Through the analysis of current situation of Logistics Park, and based on the specialty knowledge of logistics and the work of other scholars, this paper uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method to predicting the scale of Logistics Park.In the first place, the paper elaborated the basic theory and concepts of the Logistics Park and raised the influence of the main factors of logistics park scale, and analyzed each of them from the qualitative aspects.In the second place, the paper analyzed each key factor from the quantitative aspects. In this section, I converted the total cargo volume of the region which was forecasted with the regression prediction, gray prediction, combination forecasting method, to the region's volume of different cargo using equal dimension recurrence. Upon above basis, I leaded in "the coefficient of Logistics operation of different cargo" to measure the region's logistics volume of different cargo. Meanwhile, I established a single logistics park allocation model based on the logistics volume of different cargo to measure a single logistics park's logistics volume of different cargo.In the third place, the paper summated all the functional areas to ascertain the scale of the logistics park which is divided into several functional areas, determined all the functional areas. From above results, I leaded in 0-1 variables. So the model not only has structural advantages from the qualitative aspects but also has accuracy from the quantitative aspects, and has the universal applicability as well.In the last place, the paper applied all the methods and models related in this paper into actual example.
