Relative to the developing countries, developed countries paid more attention to the development of environmental trade and products, which make the developed country, have a significant competitive advantage in environmental trade. Japan is not only good at environment, but also trade development. Therefore, how to learn advanced technology, experience and policies based on the environmental industries from developed countries to achieve further development of China's environmental industry and environmental trade, has theoretical and practical significance.With the boom of high environmental products and environmental label, most countries paid more and more attention to international trade, the emergence of environmental trade has made us reacquaints the value of the environmental industries, also, environment trade has become a new driving force for the world's economic growth. On the other hand, during the financial crisis period, countries have risen the trade protectionism, developed countries such as the United States,Japan and others all made some trade barriers to limit the number of environmental products imported from developing countries in order to protect their own industries. The frictions due to the environmental trade between countries are also increasing. Recognizing that how important the international environmental trade and the International Standardization to a country's economy, more and more countries treat the environmental industry and the environmental trade as an important tool for the promoting economic development. So the environmental trade plays a more and more important part for every country's foreign trade. The article aims to analyze the situation of the current development of international environmental trade, to master the developments and trends of the international environmental industry and environmental trade;Secondly, bring out the influences from WTO and ISO14000 derives from the effect of environmental trade policy;Thirdly,the paper analyzes the development process of Japanese environmental industry and environmental trade, and summarizes a revelation for our country of the development environmental trade in developed countries. Through certain empirical analysis, combined with the characteristics of our current environmental trade industry, the article analyzes the relevant factors of restricting the development of our environmental trade. Based on the above analysis, this article also summarized proper policies for the development of our environmental trade, also, give some effective advice for the development of environmental trade from the environmental industry, trade markets, technical measures and other aspects.
