Corporate Enviroment Management And Firm Perforamnce

With the rapid development of economy, the problem of environment is more and more serious. What we concerned is that how to realize the sustainable development between environment and economy. Serving as the stage of corporate enhancing environment, corporate environment management was gradually appreciated by enterpriser,government as well as the related interested group. This research focused on driver analysis of corporate conducting environment management and correlation study of corporate environment management and economic performance. Besides, this method shows practically significant in prompting the conduction of environment management.The object of study in this essay is domestic manufacturing enterprises, the study of institution factor,market factor and the affection between enterprises resources and the capability conducting management. The purpose is to verify the relationship among environment management,environment performance as well as economy performance. By date analysis, some important results in conclusion are as follows: 1.Institution factor has no effect on corporate environment management; 2.Market factor, corporate resource and corporate capability have significance effect on corporate environment management; 3. Corporate environment management improves environment performance; 4.Environment performance has negative effect on economic performance.
