Sticky Information With Chinese Inflation Dynamic Mechanism

In the process of China's economic development, the inflation issue is one of the key problems which require correct response, the lagged effect of monetary excess some time ago is gradually emerging now, and the inflation rate continues to rise. The currency authority must estimate the level of inflation rate accurately in the decision-making process, should not neglect the lagging effect of the inflation as well. Therefore, the research of inflation dynamic mechanism especially inflation lags has the important practical significance.Based on the development path of various macroeconomics schools, this paper analyzes the various theories on the dynamic mechanism of inflation systematically. The econometrics method is only the economic research means, but non-goal, Therefore, different from the former research way, to carry on the inference to the related model mathematical equation, this article stresses on the different theory of their own theory frame, model structure and dynamic logic. And then compare them with Chinese inflation dynamic characteristics; verify the rationality and applicability of these derivation conclusions.As sticky price model is widely used in the present, while the sticky information model is pioneering the introduction of the information factor analysis, this article just to compare the characteristics and limitations of the two models.After the empirical test and mathematical model derivation of China's actual inflation lagging effect, we draw the sticky information theory more in line with China's current inflation dynamic characteristics of the conclusions, and briefly analyzes the causes of sticky information, thus puts forward some advice of monetary policy.
