The Research Of Dynamic Management Decision-making Of M Company's IT Service Outsourcing

This thesis starts from the analysis of the concept, features, and the current status of IT service outsourcing, which demonstrates the importance of IT service outsourcing management. Later, the thesis compares the IT service outsourcing management with the supplier management of manufacturing industry and the result demonstrates we can take advantage of the rich experience of supplier management to think about how to well manage IT service outsourcing. On the basis of the analysis on the popular management decision-making model and IT service outsourcing assessment system, by analyzing the IT service outsourcing business of the M company (including its business feature, its current decision-making model, the potential problem and the driving power of outsourcing), we conclude that the keys are to well consider cost, provider abilities, and business features when choosing an outsourcing provider, and to well balance the objective assessment and the subjective assessment when reviewing provider's performance.With this demand, this thesis proposes the AHP model for the decision-making analysis, by using BSC to build up the standard level. Further, to control the performance and reduce the potential risk, this thesis also proposes a dynamic adjustment decision-making by closely monitoring the provider's performance output. Once the decision is triggered, customer satisfaction and finance are two dimensions to help assess the optional providers and make the final adjustment decision-making.
