Research On Problems And Solutions Of Internal Audit Transformation In State-Owend Enterprises

On the basis of great amount of reference, the thesis firstly illustrated relevant theories of internal audit. Then the thesis analyzed the importance of the relation among internal audit, corporate management, internal management and risk management. Internal audit's role in improving corporate management, strengthening internal control and risk management is also emphasized. The thesis believes only through transformation and development can internal audit realize its goal and better play its function. The thesis in the following part made analysis on problems aroused in the process of internal audit transformation and the possible reasons behind these problems. Finally, the thesis proposed a set of feasible solutions, thus provided theoretic foundation and practical solution plans for internal audit transformation in state-owned enterprises.
