Comparison of the 14 prefectures of financial eco-index, only Changsha, Xiangtan cities index is positive, the better the financial eco-development regions; Yueyang, Zhuzhou, Hengyang, Changde City, composite scores ranged from 0 to -0.2 before for the financial eco-development of poor areas; Chenzhou, Loudi, Shaoyang, Yongzhou, Yiyang, Huaihua, Hunan, Zhangjiajie index of less than -0.2 for the poor areas of financial eco-development, indicating that the 14 prefectures in Hunan in the regional financial long way to go above the ecological construction.2. the 14 prefectures in Hunan financial ecological development and the local economic base, there is a certain positive correlation.
