Recognition And Breakthrough Of SMEs' Development Bottleneck

The small and medium-sized enterprises play a very prominent role in china's social and economic development, especially in promoting growth, creating jobs, technological innovation and transformation. But now, the development trend of SMEs in China can not be optimistic. After a period of rapid growth, many small and medium enterprises are caught in development difficulties. Whose average lifespan is very short, many companies try to self-rescue, but they lack theoretical guidance, can not understand the key bottleneck in the development of enterprises.This dissertation takes the small and medium-sized enterprise's development bottleneck as the research object, it consists of two parts:how to recognize and how to break through the bottleneck. Via the strategic analysis of the ZJ wine company, it recognizes the common development bottleneck of the small and medium-sized enterprise. After that the author combines with the constraint theory to analyze the relationship of the constraints, and then find the breakthrough. By means of these analyses, this dissertation finally forms a set of suitable method for recognizing and breaking through the small and medium-sized enterprise's development bottleneck.Recognition and breakthrough of the bottleneck are the research objects of this dissertation. Based on the case analysis, this dissertation use strategic analysis tools to study the constraints and make sure the bottleneck and then find ways to solve them. But comparatively speaking, this dissertation focused on internal factors of the enterprise, which are the starting point of this dissertation and the attributed points.Points of this dissertation mainly include:(1) This dissertation use a typical case for the study of development bottleneck, expand the scope of application of theory of constraints; (2) This dissertation use the theory of constraints, make a new sort of bottleneck; (3) This dissertation use strategic analysis tools for enterprise data analysis as a general method for recognizing bottleneck.
