With the rapid development of China's economy, the national production demands for electricity is more, and there was a series of large power engineering develop rapidly. Power engineering project is obviously characteristic by capital-intensive, huge investment, long development cycle and the numerous participants, the uncertainty factors which decide there was a huge risk in the complex process of power construction. How to deal with uncertainty factors appeared in the process of engineering construction, minimise the risk and make enterprise to obtain maximum profit have become the main issues for electric power construction enterprises. In this background, this paper analyzes the risk management of transformation project through studying this transmission lines project. According to the process of risk management, namely "risk identification, risk assessment, strategies of the risk", the paper studies the risk management of La--Guan 750KV transmission line project. On the analysis of research review both in domestic and foreign, the paper expatiating the theory of risk management in project, and then, make out the process of risk management connected with the program's own characteristic and identify the risk factors. On this basis, the paper use analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight for risk indexes, then use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the whole project, it not only rake the indexes, but also point out prevention measures for these risk facotrs according to evaluation result. The study will enrich the theory of risk management for transformation project,it also supply positive guidance and reference for other similar projects in China.
