The vibrancy of entrepreneurship is wider and wider around the world and the business on entrepreneurship research is developing. Entrepreneurship's absence based on innovation is the necessary condition of entrepreneurship's development. Entrepreneurship management became a new management method based on the necessity of fitting for the change of environment and the development of entrepreneurship. This essay is based on the practical research and test to the relationship between under the background of entrepreneurship opportunities and entrepreneurship performance in Chinese entrepreneurship and is based on enriching and making up this field.This essay researches the relationship between entrepreneurship opportunities and entrepreneurship performance. First of all, based on the research point of entrepreneurship opportunities to discuss the effect of entrepreneurship opportunities and dimension on entrepreneurship performance. On the other hand, on research the relationship of effects, regard the ability of integrating the resources as the effects on intervening variable. After gaining the model data from the questionnaire to 250 new enterprises in Yun Nan province, did the practical research by using the factor analysis and structural equation modeling method. And induct the ability of integrating the resources as the intervening variable and the effects of ability of integrating the resources on the relationship between entrepreneurship opportunities and entrepreneurship performance during practical test on the relationship between entrepreneurship opportunities and entrepreneurship performance. Lastly, tested the model and discussed 8 assumptions on result tests. So the research to this essay has very deep practical meaning and theoretical meaningful.
