Nowdays,China's financial market continues to open,the financial industry is facing tough challenge.Meanwhile,the business of local commercial banks have a strong impact on the future development of financial industry with China's accession to the WTO.Also,marketing research is particularly pressing.With quick improvement of China's economy,economic globalization has taken shape,These all brought huge opportunities to China's commercial banks. Four big state-owned Commercial bank for many years monopoly aspect is missing. Four major banks is facing a competitive situation, market competition becomes increasingly fierce.Profits of commercial banks such as per capita, per capita costs is in the relatively backward status.the competitive ability is relatively weak. Therefore, the most urgent thing is accelerating the reform process of China's commercial banks and ehanceing the development financial status.The problem is China's commercial banks to customers of financial products and services with low-tech. In contrast, foreign banks doing very well in this regard.They provide their customers with diverse and personalized services.So China's commercial banks should provide customers with the technology content of financial products and good services based on their own strengths and weaknesses.At the same time ,using marketing strategy, financial products and services strategy and learning all the developed countries'successful cases can dramatically enhance our core competitiveness of commercial banks.The financial industry, as the most modern services is leading to internationalized as well as legalization gradully.Marketing management is an important activity which plays a decisive role in most Enterprises.The concept of financial mareketing is fist proposed in 1958 National Bank meeting.Then,the financial markets come to a stage:friendly service, innovation, the financial services: repositioning, analysis, planning and control finallystep into the complete financial system. At present, China's financial industry is growing recognised the important of financial public relations, advertising, marketing tools such as the development of the importance of customers.However, compared to Western countries, financial products and services marketing, marketing system in China's financial markets are still in the initial construction phase.Therefore, it is very necessary to understand the trends of financial markets and to grasp the financial enterprises of the competitive landscape,only by doing this can China's finacial market can be developed.
