Research On The New-type Rural Endowment Insurance Individual Account Payment In Liaoning Province

The No.32 document issued by the State Council on September 9th marked that the experimental units of new-type rural endowment insurance began to be built all around the nation. Liaoning Province has begun to try to build new-type rural endowment insurance system since 2006. In 2009, the government proposed a custom-made program for Liaoning Province, and issued the No. 31 document. Later, 14 experimental units were confirmed by the Leading Group for New-type Rural Endowment Insurance Affairs under the State Council.The aging of population has become a big problem for Liaoning Province since 1995. The government issued new-type rural endowment insurance policy, aimed at losing rural citizens'burden of raising elder people。It can be predicted that, the aging problem of Liaoning Province will last for a long time before 2050. Therefore, it is very important for the young rural citizens attending the endowment insurance.
