The fact is that excessive carbon emissions contribute to global warming, The tourism industry has much room for reduction of carbon.The research predicted that China will become the largest tourist destination on the world in 2020.Therefore,China and its cities' marketing become inevitable.The main line of this article is low carbon,and the tourism city's marketing strategy based on the low-carbon economy is the object of research.The low carbon city marketing of low-carbon economy as a starting point, and give the introduction of the concept about low-carbon economy and low-carbon city, low-carbon tourism and low-carbon tourism city, city marketing and tourism, and related theories.Combination of domestic and foreign research and theories,reference the traditional theory of city marketing,The survey data as a precondition to the article,further analyzing of macro and micro of the tourism city low carbon-marketing necessity,following the low-carbon marketing strategy of excellent tourism city's design principles,summarizing the elements about marketing of tourist cities,building the combination of marketing protection of the tourist cities.Finally, condensate marketing strategy of low carbon tourist city, Shanghai and Xi'an as the case study.The main contents are as follows:1. Literature review and analysis. Give the definition related to low-carbon,and review the low carbon economy,low-carbon tourism and city marketing theory and results, master research progress at domestic and foreign.2. Investigation and analysis of the research. synthesize research topic and content of this paper,design questionnaire, collect and analyze effective survey data, then draw out the research of macro and micro necessity.3. Innovation design process of low-carbon marketing strategy of excellent tourism city . Reference to traditional city marketing strategy combinations, summing up the design principles of marketing strategies, marketing elements and marketing Security combination.4. Marketing strategy of excellent tourist city based on the view of low carbon. The penetration and refining of innovation design process about low carbon marketing strategy of tourist cities, and standardize the marketing strategy .5. Empirical Study.Start at low-carbon expo of Shanghai and Xi'an low carbon development planning, combined with low carbon perspective,make a change from innovation design to empirical research of excellent tourist city about low carbon marketing strategy.
