Study Of Industrial Integration Of Mobile Payment

The integration of information industry and traditional industries is becoming increasingly prominent in our country; the deep motivation that gave birth to the phenomenon of the industry is the changing potential consumer demand of information service. Mobile payment services as the mobile operators to actively promote the value of a financial communications business, its essence is an industrial integration on the boundary of the carrier of the information industry in China-"communication" and the traditional industries-"banking".Mobile payment industry convergence is an important innovation development in telecommunication and banking industries,which not only boosts the coordinative development of two industries, but also shapes a new industrial chain and environment. This paper begins with the realities of the mobile-payment industry and analyzes the external environment,internal environment and the industry chain of the mobile payment industry. Based on these objective analyses, the paper reveals that the fundemental reason of shaping this new industrial environment lie in the promotion of the integration of tele-communication and the banking industries, and that industrial integration is the basic model of mobile-payment industry. The paper also adopts industiral economics and industrial integration theories to analyse the mobile payment industry realities and development trend, and then propose strategic recommendations for the future development of China's mobile payment industry.
