Improved Rubber Condom Market Government Regulation Studies

This thesis is based on the detailed analysis of supervision actuality in condom market of Y city. We extensively consult the literatures of governmental supervision, drugs supervision and medical devices supervision, especially some information on writings on condom market supervision, and review the history of our governmental supervision of condom market since the founding of our country. This thesis also generalizes the issue of the condom market that business entities is confused and quality of products can't coexist. It applies the theory of governmental supervision to analyze the deep cause for the problems arisen and comparing the supervision patterns of China with the international mature ones, it puts forward a series of proposals that the condom regulation system should be straightened, the regulations and laws should be improved, and technological support should be strengthened. Only by strengthening the supervision of condom producing, circulation area and used area, can we achieve the goal that we can practice the family planning; prevent the AIDS and venereal disease; and guarantee the health of the public.
