Liaoning Coastal City Group's Regional Value And Development Studies

Based on the successful experience of international regional economic development, coastal areas are the dominant force undoubtedly that can lead regional economic development and social progress in the future. As China's deepening reform and opening up in recent years, coastal areas'radiation has become the main driving force promotes national economic development. First, some coastal economic zones such as"Yangtze River Delta","PRD"and"Beijing, Tianjin"have formed a very dynamic and leading radioactive role. Second, for their rapid development, Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, Shanghai Pudong New Area and Tianjin Binhai New Area have become the driving engines to promote national economic development. Third, some shipping centers have been built. There are South China Sea shipping center as Hong Kong is its leading core and East China Sea shipping center as Shanghai as its leading core. Additionally, North China gradually formed three pot groups for Northeast Asia as Tianjin, Qingdao and Dalian are leading cores. The accelerated development of coastal areas coastal city of Liaoning Development Group made further demands, the development and construction group of coastal cities is imperative. After years of adjustment, Liaoning Province has entered a period of rapid development. The coastal area has a very relaxed environment for economic development. First, the increasing economic strength of Liaoning Province has laid a solid foundation for the coastal city-group development. In recent years, the advance process of revitalization of old industrial base in Liaoning has achieved stable and rapid economic development, markedly stability and power, and a new stage overall strength. Second, the national implementation strategies of revitalizing northeast old industrial base and further expand opening-up give a double opportunity for the development of Liaoning coastal city group. To further expand opening-up coastal areas to make it on a larger scale, in wider areas and higher level participation in international economic and technological competition and cooperation. Third, Shenyang Economic Zone's solid economic foundation can provide financial, technical, and human resources support for the coastal development and construction of group of coastal cities. Then they together build the new pattern of regional development with strengths and positive interaction. Liaoning coastal city group should make full use of its advantages; seize the opportunity to accelerate development. Therefore, not only we should certificate regional value for theory, but also must take effective measures.The paper started from city-group theories and international development researches. Based the analysis of development of coastal city of Liaoning, the paper summarized current problems and then make some countermeasures to promote further development.
