With China's futures market scale unceasingly expands, the futures company marketing faces more and more problems. The health and sustainability of future marketing activities, to some extent, depends on the design and implementation of the marketing program. Thus the Innovative marketing scheme design becomes a important topic for futures companies. PingAn futures company was founded in 1996.Although it is founded earlier, but didn't establish scientific and complete marketing management system due to the insufficiency of comprehensive marketing consciousness and the realization of the importance of channel construction. This has seriously affected the company's further development.This article elaborates the main content and related issues of 4ps marketing theory, crossover sales theory and the theory of strategic alliance. This paper introduces foreign futures business profit model and domestic industry status and forecast our futures industry's future development trends. It introduces the history evolution of PingAn futures companies, using SWOT matrix to analysis the entire business and identify preliminary solution for problems.The next part is the core content of this paper. It tried to do systematic marketing strategy improvement and design for PingAn futures companies by 4ps marketing theory in view of customer value system including channel, product, price, promotion.Based on the mixed operation of international financial industry, this chapter focuses on discussing the operation model of future companies to enlarge sales channels by cross-sales and strategic alliances. This paper advocates futures companies to use product service design to expand brokerage business difference and enhance competitiveness. Crossover sales and product service design research is a maximum difference with all previous futures marketing class monographic.At last, it put forward the four security needed to realize the marketing strategies.This study adopts the theory and practice method combined. It applied professional marketing theory and management method to the company's marketing strategy design. The brokerage marketing difficult problem in PingAn futures company has certain representativeness in the whole industry.
