Study On Highway Operation Enterprise Financial Risk Early Warning Mechanism

The paper through carries on the analysis to highway operation enterprise financial characteristics, then analyzes highway operation enterprise financial risk's performance as well as the reason of financial risk, reveals highway operation enterprise's financial risk main includes the fund raising risk, the investment risk, the daily managerial risk, the policy risk and financial risks caused by unexpected events, and the causes of the financial risks can be broadly grouped into two categories:one is internal control out of control; the second is the external environment changes. Then if strengthen to the financial risk resolved, between the recognition financial risk and the financial risk resolved, more importance lies in strengthens and forewarns to the financial risk monitor, this inter-stage may play "the barometer" role, and can carry on the real-time monitor, this paper thought that based on the establishment enterprise's information system, aimed at the financial information and the non-financial information establishes matching early warning system, as a result the enterprise can forewarn financial risk with a clear goal.Through the above analysis, the paper takes 200915 highway listed companies as the object of reaseach, based on absorbs the predecessor research results, has carried on the empirical analysis. In the empirical analysis phase, due to non-financial information difficult to obtain, then the paper is mainly carries on the empirical analysis to the financial information. Mainly using the factor analytic method to the financial information's early warning, application statistical software SPSS carries on the factorial analysis after the standardized financial early warning target, further obtains each listed companies's factor score sorting, according to the above the paper analyzes the highway listed companies's financial risk condition.
