Since reform and opening, with the booming market economy, globalization and the development of the wave of mergers and acquisitions continue to rise. Thus, in the international accounting standards convergence trend, how to objectively and comprehensively reflect the Company or the Group's financial position, operating results and cash flows, domestic and foreign enterprises to meet the needs of information users, as the preparation of financial reports must be addressed a problem.With the deepening of enterprise reform and improve the securities market, China's enterprises have begun to prepare combined financial statements. In 1995 the Ministry of Finance issued the "Provisional Regulations combined financial statements" to the 2006 Ministry of Finance released the new accounting standards, marking meet the requirements of our market economy, convergence with international practice the new system for the formal establishment of Accounting Standards. The April 2,2010, the Ministry of Finance issued the "China Accounting Standards and International Financial Reporting Standards continued convergence road map" is a summary of accounting reform in China for many years on the basis of achievements and experience, combined with the recent international and domestic situation and development, To further deepen the accounting reform, promote the building of China's enterprises and sustainability of international accounting standards convergence.This paper focuses on the connotation of the criteria related to the combined financial statements of the research, the extension of the system from various aspects launched a combined financial statements of the International Comparison of criteria, including.
