Since the submarine has been invented, the accidents of the submarine haveoccurred constantly and posed a serious threaten to the safety of the submarine and thecrew. The fast floating escape device was equipped in the submarine, which is used toexcute the relatively advanced method of self escape all over the world—the method offast floating escape.The function of the emergency power of the fast floating escape device is to supplythe power to the fast floating escape device to make sure the crew escaped thesubmarine safely when the submarine occurred accident.The main work of this article is to make the design and research to the emergencypower of the fast floating escape device. The article analyzed the main function of theemergency power, formulated the overall design of the system and focused on thesoftware and hardware design of the charging system.The article introduced the hardware design of the charging system in detail,including the parameter calculation of the charging system and the selection of thecomponents, the design of control circuits and the driver circuits, etc; The articleintroduced the C8051F020SCM which produced by the company Cygnal of American.The SCM can produce PWM signal by the voltage and current signal, and achieving thefunction of the checking and alarming of the system. The article introduced the IR2110driving chip to amplify the PWM signal to drive the MOSFET.The article designed the battery charging and discharging system, adopted thesoft-switching technology and used the asymmetrical half bridge as the main circuit ofthe charging system, which can reduce the loss and improve the efficiency;In the end, using the Matlab software to simulate the main circuit of the chargingsystem of the emergency power, the simulation result shows that the main circuitachieved the soft-switching when D is equal of0.46, the two MOSFET of the maincircuit can achieve the ZVS and got the stable24V DC output voltage, according withthe expectation.
