The gyroscope vibration measurement and analysis system is a research topic of Chang Chun University of Technology which was entrusted by the 707 Institute of China Shipbuilding Corporations for research and production needs. The research contents of this paper is the analysis and research of gyroscope's vibration signal gathering hardware part, the DSP-based position servo system of gyroscope control is the main.The research emphasis and contents of this paper were raised under the premise of the system's test object that is Dynamically Tuned Gyroscope having been simply expounded. The Neural Networks PID control algorithm had been introduced firstly. Secondly, in the foundation of DC servo motor working principle and mathematical model, the speed and position Double Closed loop DC servo control system were selected. Among them, the speed and position adjustment ring ring-conditioning, respectively, using PI controller and Neural Networks PID controller.To Double Closed loop DC servo control system, the controller design is essential. The traditional PID installation result is often not an optimum value, it is difficult to meet the requirements of actual control, the paper take Neural Networks PID as the foundation, design applied to gyroscope position servo control system PID parameters based on Neural Networks PID controller.The hardware part selects the TMS320LF2407 DSP microprocessor of TI Corporation as the main control chip, the LMD18200 as the power drive module, the Eddy Current Sensor as the position feedback unit. The hardware design reliable, highly effective, and the integration rate is high.In this paper, simulation analysis in the MATLAB platform based on the fuzzy PID controller of DC servo system had been made. Simulation results show that the proposed design method can be effectively used for the gyroscope position servo system control.
