Researching And Implementation Of Localization Of Multilanguage Operating System For Uighur Based On The Windows7

The face of differences of global regional language, the development ofinternationalization and localization of system become the urgent problems to besolved. The Xinjiang region is the main area of the use of Uighur, Kazakh, Kirghizlanguage, the development of computer operating system in the localization ofinformation for Uighur, Kazakh, Kirghiz language, realizing the input of informationfor Uighur, Kazakh, Kirghiz language, the exchanging of information in Xinjiangnational public, which have a certain role in promoting to the development ofinformatization in Xinjiang.By using the Multilanguage interface and Application programming interfaceprovided by Microsoft, The localizing Uyghur software package is developed on thebase of the Chinese version of Windows operating system, which provide anenvironment to deal with Uyghur localizing information and Uyghur languages onWindows operating system using the way of plug-in to better satisfy the needs of theMinority in Xinjiang. It has been demonstrated that in this paper a Multilanguageoperating system platform was developed, the interface of which is simple, intuitionaland well-defined, to support the use of the characters of Uyghur.In the third, four or five chapters of this paper are the core content of the research,which describes the localization design in multilingual operating system, the route andtrain of thought of localization technology, implementation of key technology.The sixth chapter of this paper is experimental tests and results of the study, thetest results show that it have realized the Uighur of thesystem,The operational results demonstrate that the system interface is character-clear,input-fast and highly reliable.
