In this paper, EDPF-NT+of distributed control system is taken as an example at first, the structure and composition of the system and the hardware and software's function are analyzed, and we use the system to design and analysis Baoqing power plant's DCS control system, sorting allocation database, functional design and engineering configuration. Through the data acquisition and processing system (DAS) to collect field signal, modulate control system (MCS) to control the water level, steam temperature, flow, pressure and other parameters, the sequential control system (SCS) to control the boiler, steam turbine and its auxiliary equipment's start-stop and interlock control, the boiler furnace safeguard supervisory system (FSSS) to protect the boiler and control the burner, electrical control system (ECS) to control the generator circuit and the auxiliary power system, then, monitoring of the production process of the boiler and turbine generator units is effective. At last choosing the main steam temperature to control configuration, and using the cascade control design to simulate, inspecting the control on the main steam temperature of the power plant.
