Research On The Construct Of Enterprise Counterintelligence System In Cloud-computing Environment

The rapid development of IT technology makes the physical environment of the enterprise update rapidly. From paper-based environment changed to computer environment. With the development of computer network technology rapidly changed into the Internet environment. Nowadays, the most popular technology-cloud-computing with it's advantages that it's easy of use and help enterprises with minimal cost get the most advanced hardware and software resources acquire the IT giants and enterprise's highly praises and expectations. Only seven years have been dozens of IT vendors have launch various types of cloud computing services.As the technology of cloud-computing matures, it will become the next physical environment phase of the enterprise. New physical environment would make the enterprise face more problems than in traditional environment, especially the information security problems of cloud-computing make enterprise face greater challenges. Aim at protect the enterprise information resources don't leak out, make the enterprise safer in cloud-computing environment, I put forward and construct the enterprise counterintelligence system in cloud-computing environment.This paper adopts the comparative methods, from the theory of information management, cloud computing technology and counterintelligence, at the base of anti-competitive intelligence work in the traditional environment study the opportunities and challenges of cloud-computing and the problems of counterintelligence. According to these problems proposed the construct content of enterprise counterintelligence system in cloud-computing environment including organization, personnel and related institution, application technologies, the standards of choose cloud-computing operators and the evaluations of competitive intelligence capability. In addition to construction content analysis the construction strategies of enterprise counterintelligence system in cloud-computing environment including a focused, top-down, local to cloud and people first. The contents and strategies are interrelated, the counterintelligence system in cloud-computing environment is not fixed, but constantly optimize after each assessment.
