With the formation of global markets, the focus of business competition has been on how to effectively coordinate and optimize the resources among the global supply network to make the companies gain much more competitive advantages. The analysis method based on scale-free complex networks and grid technology which research the evolution and characteristics of the complex supply network has become a hot issue in today's research of system science. Yet, there has no research results about the study of complex network and grid technology in supply network areas.This paper analyzes the topology characteristics and evolution of the supply network based on the complex network theory and grid technology, through the structural model research of supply network, proposes the concept of scale-free supply grid cluster, and from the perspective of the6R to elaborate the related characteristics about the scale-free supply grid cluster, which lay the foundation for coordination, optimization and resource-sharing of each node in supply network. The research content is the following issues:In the first chapter, the research state of supply network, scale-free network and grid technology has been reviewed, analyzes the need of the research, points out that the limitations of the present study, and gives the framework of the thesis.The second chapter first analyzes the three kind model of scale-free network, focuses on the formation process of scale-free supply network, finally reveales the existence of cluster among the scale-free supply network.The third chapter mainly researches the theory and methodology of scale-free supply grid cluster, builds the architecture of the scale-free supply grid cluster based on the open service grid, analyzes the theoretical architecture and operation, and discusses the key technologies for further research foundation.The forth chapter takes scale-free supply grid cluster as study, describes uniquely from the6R(Roles, Resources, Relationship, Risks, Regions, Reconfiguration) points, plans, coordinates, operates and optimizes the scale-free supply grid cluster system. Finally, takes the supply distribution network of China Tobacco Zhejiang Industrial Co., Ltd. Hangzhou Cigarette Factory as an example to illustrate. The fifth chapter mainly studys the algorithm of the scale-free network grid cluster system, including:simple path search algorithm, topological sort and critical path algorithm; grid cluster classification algorithm etc. and takes examples to verify the algorithm.In the sixth chapter, mainly studys the design and implementation of the scale-free supply grid cluster management system based on the theory research, combined with the J2EE and MySQL database, developes the management system of scale-free supply grid cluster used the Eclipse tool, completes the collaboration, resource sharing and network modeling capabilities of supply network.In the end, the total research works of this dissertation are summarized, and further researches are prospected.
