According to the latest statistics of the National Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, by November2011,3G subscribers in China reached118.73million with71.86million new subscribers compared to early2011.3G has entered the large-scale development phase.4G technology has begun to test and use in the developed provinces and cities, which means the era of Mobile Internet is coming. And the development of Mobile Internet will promote M-learning of development. Based on the analysis of the development trend of Mobile Internet and the characteristics of Mobile Internet, this paper summarized four different application scenes of M-learning which include M-guidance in hand-by-hand mode, mobile situation teaching, remote collaborative teaching, new-style tutor support platform etc. This study carries out empirical research by teaching effect of M-guidance in hand-by-hand, selection strategy of teaching methods and influencing factor of teaching effect. For improving the acceptance of learning to mobile remote guidance, this study plan to explore the different guiding effect between M-guidance in hand-by-hand and the traditional face-to-face guidance, find selection strategy of M-guidance in hand-by-hand guidance and a method to improve guiding effect, analysis and rank influence factor of practice effect.In this study, M-guidance in hand-by-hand based on Mobile Internet is defined as a guidance mode which combines learning and solving problems by Mobile Internet, network resource, remote contact in different areas between handheld mobile devices and professional instructor. And users and learners without desktop networking equipment are in sudden events is the precondition of this definition. This mode used for everyday sudden events which is waiting to be settled, such as the broken car in the suburbs needs to be fixed, our family who is taken ill suddenly need first aid until the doctor arrive, the PC crashed by virus suddenly need to be fixed or reinstalled system etc. The similarity of these emergencies is that daily problem is always difficult to get professional and specific guidance. M-guidance in hand-by-hand is a good solution to solve this sort of problem.Above all, this study summarizes the domestic and international present situation, development tendency and related teaching theory of M-learning by literature searching, and designs the teaching plan of M-guidance in hand-by-hand based on the domestic and international teaching theory and experience such as Informal learning theory, scene learning theory, activity learning theory etc. On this condition, to take computer malfunction of a long distance controlling as an example, this paper compares selection strategy of teaching method and effect between M-guidance in hand-by-hand and the traditional face-to-face guidance, and verifies the related data and assumption on an impact factor model and assumption of M-guidance in hand-by-hand. In conclusion we state that teaching method and selection strategy of M-guidance in hand-by-hand, and give some suggestions to improve guiding effect according to sequence of impact factor.In this study, two evaluation tables are designed to analyze effect, teaching method and impact factor of M-guidance in hand-by-hand. First of all, we evaluate how long experimenters who improve after the instruction should spend for eliminating malfunction by M-guidance in hand-by-hand. Secondly, the weighted average method is used for estimating its teaching method and effect. By comparing with the traditional group data, we analyze the suitable teaching method and selection strategy. Thirdly, on the basis of analysis of various impact factors by multiple linear regression analysis method and survey data of SPPS19.0, we obtain some valuable conclusions such as the main impact factors of guiding effect, sequence of importance level etc.Combining elapsed time of eliminating malfunction and analyzing effect of survey data, this study indicates that teaching method of Question-answering is a good and worthwhile solution to M-guidance in hand-by-hand. What's more, the suitable strategy of teaching content and method is shown as follow:to the first kind-similar problems and single fixed solution, usage of teaching materials is the first choice. To the second kind-similar problems and various solutions, teaching method of Question-answering is the first choice. To the third kind-different problem and single fixed solution, teaching method of Question-answering is also the first choice. In addition, the sequence of impact factors based on multiple linear regression model is attitude of instructor, method of instructor, resource of design, technical factor and characteristics of guidance content. The characteristics of learner and environmental factor not belong to the significant factors, because their P-value is more than0.05. It can be concluded that attitude and method of instructor play the most import role to the guiding effect during process of implementing M-guidance in hand-by-hand. And the teaching method and selection strategy has a certain meaning of reference and guidance to the late promotion and application of M-guidance in hand-by-hand.
