In the traditional safety monitoring system of middle and low vehicle, the vehicle driving monitoring has not been used and many defects still existed, such as the alarm distance is shorter, false positive rate is higher, and the price is higher. In this article, the system of vehicle safety monitoring was designed which was based on multiple redundant detecting method. The system could judge the situation through the test module and alarm though the wireless network when the accidents occurred, such as the vehicle collision, scratching, steal of the vehicle carrying, damage of vehicle body, stealing their items by opening the door; the system also could monitor the surroundings when the vehicles drive on the road and provide effective evidence for violations and accidents.In this article, the vehicle safety monitoring system used a "MCU+MG323" as the core and has a more simple structure compared with the traditional electronic anti-theft system. The multi-sensor judgment of duplicate detection method was used in the design of the vehicle safety monitoring system. The multiple redundant detecting method was also adopted which could improve the reliability of alarm information and avoid the miss and wrong alarm. The wireless alarm structures based on MG323 was designed, it completed the alarm function which is not limit by the distance, environment and climate. The serial port of SCM AT89C52 was expanded into 3 standard serial ports by the GM8123. so, the communications were completed between SCM and wireless serial modules, video modules. The control of vehicle pavement monitoring was achieved by application of video module and the hardware circuit structure of MCU. The stable power supplied to the system was resolved by converting the battery voltage to the system voltage through the power conversion module.Through debugging the vehicle safety monitoring system, which not only completed the functions of general alarm by the vibration and sound but also completed the functions of the judgment of accident information and remote alarm for collision, scratching, vehicle handling, damage of vehicle body, opened the door and other complex situations. Besides, the video monitoring of driving can be realized too. The vehicle safety monitoring system based on the "MCU + MG323"compared to middle and low car which used electronic alarm systems, the accuracy, reliability and versatility of alarm were increased.
