Research On New Rural Cooperative Medical System Based On Data Warehouse

Since 2003, the new rural cooperative medical system was piloted in Yuhang District, a new rural cooperative medical information management system has developed to use and has been refined. Although the MIS brings together a number of new rural cooperative relevant data, the system is still a lack of the function of mining knowledge behind the data, resulting in "data explosion but effective information-poor". Based on data warehouse and data mining decision support system is a database research focus, which can effectively solve the issue.on the basis of the actual situation of new rural cooperative management of Yuhang District and the study of the data warehouse and data mining association rules, a new rural cooperative medical management based data warehouse is established, which focuses on the disease risk association rule, and insurance cost outlier data mining. Major contributions of this dissertation are as follows:1. A data warehouse for data mining in Yuhang District's new rural medical cooperative was built by using SQL Server 2005 on the basis of the basic principles of data warehouse , the existing MIS characteristics and the actual needs of the new rural cooperative medical management.2. Analyses the association rule mining algorithm. For the Apriori algorithm and the new rural cooperative defect characteristics of the data, using two cutting methods, the Apriori algorithm has been improved. The improved Apriori algorithm is used in residents disease association analysis of Yuhang District ?s new rural cooperative medical system.3.Introduces the principles of outlier detecting methods and realize the outlier data mining of medical expenses based on rule .4. Design and implement a new rural cooperative medical system,which is composed of data extracting,data processing,association rule mining and results displaying.5. Finally I summarize this paper and show the developing trend of the research.
