In the war of communication nowadays, the ability of the field's induction is in greater request. As a transducer, Radar plays a necessary role absolutely. In Radar's developing, the wide-band technology is important among the Four Antis of the Four Threats. As the wide-band Radars have wide bands, they succeed in anti-jamming, detecting hidden objects, great resolving power in range, distinguishing objects, ultra-short-range detecting. Wide-band Radars transmit in great BT accumulation, which brings a series of problems such as wide-band wave's selecting, wide-band signal's generating, wide-band receiver, wide-band signal receiver, wide-band antenna, wide-band solid state transmitter and so on.This paper discussed the designing of X-band Radar's receive-transmitter system with 1GHz bandwidth, including wide-band receiver, wide-band signal's generating, wide-band antenna, wide-band solid state transmitter, the basic way of wide-band system's repairing. After analyzing and designing in details, photos and test result were given, which meet the system's targets.
