With the development of communication and internet technology, the security problem of communicated content appears increasingly. The voice secret communication has been widely applied in both military and civilian field. So using data encryption technique to encrypt the communication content with high security has been developed as one of the most important problems in communication technologies. The encryption and decryption proposal of voice secret communication is put forward. The detailed researches are mainly focused on the algorithm of encryption and decryption, and the system design of hardware and software.Aiming at the characteristics of large volume of data and high redundancy of the voice communication signal, the chaos algorithm is applied in high security encryption processing. The Arnold transforming and the advanced Logistic mapping are combined to compose a grouping encryption algorithm. The composition of voice data is firstly changed by scrambling, and then the statistical property of the voice data is changed by spreading operation to realize the voice signal encryption. The property of the algorithm is simulated, whose result indicates that the key space is increased, the encryption speed is raised, the security is strengthened, and the algorithm is adapted in voice encryption.According to the requirement of the system function and performance, the DSP chip of TMS320VC5509A is chosen to design the hardware and software. On the hardware side, using of the CCS (Code Composer Studio) software is introduced, and the property of the TMS320VC5509A and its minimal system and peripheral circuit design are introduced as well. The circuit diagrams of various modules of audio coding and decoding chip, synchronous dynamic random access memory (SDRAM), asynchronous memory and asynchronous serial communication are all illustrated. On the software side, the voice encryption and decryption algorithm routine and the drivers of peripheral equipments and interfaces are written. All the functional modules are configured correctly. The bootstrap program is also written to realize the self-start of DSP, and is downloaded to the hardware circuit to realize the offline operation of the system. The experiment result verifies the validity and feasibility of the encryption and decryption proposal of the voice security communication system. Finally, the full text was summarized.
