This paper makes a study of the overall design for Video Shoulder Microphone and the ARM technology, video coding and decoding technology, the design of encryption for Video Shoulder Microphone.Video Shoulder Microphone for police used AK3671 chip for ARM architecture, the chip uses the internal LCD control module, memory control module, memory interface module, camera interface module to control the periphery of the circuit, and the 32-bit RISC CPU to coordinate system work.Video coding and decoding technology related to images and video quality for system, which affect the overall effect. This article uses the AK3671 chip inside integrated video processing module which supports MPEG-4 coding and decoding standards. From camera interface module, the data obtained will be the AD transform directly, then was coded and decoded for MPEG-4, eventually, through the LCD control output shows.Information encryption mainly involves digital watermarking technology, classification management system. This paper uses the digital watermarking technology is a kind of based on frequency domain image watermarking technology, through the DCT transform in frequency domain to the operation of the carrier to complete the watermark, to get the information with the watermark image. Information gained for Video Shoulder Microphone is uploaded to the database of classification management which generally has a variety of authority management staff, makes the acquisition of information and information manager separation, to protect the data.
