With the popularity of computer and the Internet, and along with the rapid development of multimedia technology, we have entered the information and the digital age. A large number of digital products are emerging and widely disseminated. However, the currently rapid development of digital signal processing and internet transmission techniques have threatened the copyright of digital data severely. Therefore, digital watermarking technology as an effective way of copyright protection has become a hot topic in today's research. At present, research and application of digital watermark mainly focus on image watermark and video watermark. Because of the sensitivity of the human audio system, it is difficult to embed watermark in audio signals. Considering particularly widespread dissemination and use of audio, we choose audio digital watermarking as a research topic in this thesis.We discuss the digital audio watermarking technology in this thesis, design two kinds of watermarking algorithm according to the different types of watermarking. The research results are as follows:(1) Introduce the significance and background of the subject, describe the relevant knowledge and basic theoretical framework about digital audio watermarking technology, and analyze the existing algorithms.(2) Implement an audio watermarking algorithm based on discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and the DC component of DCT. A scrambled binary image was successfully hidden in the audio.Experimental results show that this algorithm is robust to many operations and attacks on digital audio signal, such as resampling, equalization, cropping ,noise adding.(3) Propose a copyright authentication method of zero watermark based on visual coding and MSB. The original audio with zero-watermark algorithm will not be any damaged. The algorithm is to meet the requirements of security and transparency. It is completely transparent.
