Currently, the rise of IOT (Internet of Things) is considered another technological revolution after Internet. IOT can work in many areas, its services is diverse, dynamic and operates in real-time. Therefore, how to determine a flexible portfolio standard to model IOT services composition process reasonably, as well as to improve efficiency and increase scalability of service to meet the great demand of IOT service, become important issues in the research field.In this dissertation, it analysis and compare of the complexity of modeling service logic combination, understandability and the ability of description and the modeling method based on Petri-net is selected as a research focus. This paper abstracts common place of IOT services on the basis of previous studies, propose the improved EPN (Extended Petri-Net) model, and changing the structure of routing model is equivalent to time compression use linear reasoning derivation rules, reflecting the feasibility of the model.On the basis of EPN, this thesis proposes an IOT service model description language EPNML (Extended Petri-Net Model Language) based on XML language. The language makes reasonable expansion of IOT service characteristics. EPNML describes not only the control flow and logical structure between the service processes accurately, but also generate new service quickly to support a broader applications. Finally, an implementation of IOT service application example based on EPNML as the prototype system, it verifies that EPNML is the kind of language that can describe the service which is about to meet the various needs of IOT.
