Random number plays an important role in numerical calculation, random sampling andmany other areas. It has become an important research direction. in the field of cryptographyand information security. As in the digital encryption, authentication and other aspects itremains top priority.Random numbers can be divided into two types: pseudo-random number and truerandom number. At present stage, pseudo-random number generators are able to providerandom numbers without periodicity. After certain mathematical transformation, thegenerated random numbers can well meet the need of the statistical laws. The differencebetween pseudo-random number and true random number lies in predictability. Forpseudo-random number, the same inputs generate the same outputs. For true random number,at the stage we mainly rely on the physical world to get the true random source, where weextract the random number from. This method generally requires physical test equipment.Some articles also mentioned the use of biological behavior as a random source to generaterandom numbers, which are true random numbers as well.In this paper, several types of existing methods of obtaining random numbers are brieflyintroduced. This paper presents a new idea to get a random number. This approach mainlyconcerns about the circumstances in which random number are generated, and make clear inwhat circumstances can true random numbers be generated. It is different from the old ideathat focuses on finding the true random source. This change of idea causes the change ofmethod. This method tries to obtain random number and the realization based on theautonomy of human behavior with the assistance of computer networks, with the attempt toput forward some specific ideas...
