Along with the extensive application of wireless communication technology, network technology has been used wildly in many different social fields, and people's life has also been taken many great changes. More and more enterprise applications business systems coexist, and each system has its own user authentication and management mechanisms. On the Web, the current authenticate mechanism often request user to register firstly, then when attempting to access to the different resources, the user must enter different passwords and username. If the user forgets his password, he could not obtain the service. As a result, the productivity is reduced.Authentication is a horizontal requirement across multiple applications, platforms, and infrastructures. Ideally they should only need to identify theirself once and then be provided with access to all authorized network resources.Public key infrastructure is the foundation for building network security and the core is the basic guarantee of the implementation of e-commerce security. Ensuring information security, identification, information integrity and non-repudiation, etc., PKI plays an irreplaceable role. This paper analyzes the various drawbacks of existing authentication mechanisms, and designs and realizes a PKI-based authentication system solution. In reference to the PKI stard, the introduction of digital certificates, providing digital certificate-based security authentication, users achieve centralized management, unified authentication, authorization and security logs, and other business systems to provide basic information and authorized service personnel. Using ASP.Net technology, through the use of public key encryption, hash Hash algorithm, digital signature and digital certificate technology to ensure the confidentiality of information transmission, authenticity, integrity and non-repudiation, to achieve system integration within the enterprise, improve Collaboration between the various systems and reduce system costs of construction and user management.
