With the knowledge economy merging and globalization of economy, not only government administrators, but also entrepreneur, urgently needs the human resource management systems to congregate their internal resources, in order to improve working power of themselves.In the light of the actual requirement of the the writer, this paper designs and implements a fully functioning human resource management system, which not noly can store the human information, but also can help to manmage the information about wages, vacations, performance and so on. Besides the basic functions, we propose the talent assessment based on on Bayes classifier, which is is the first breakthrough try to current HRM system.In order to take advantage of Internet efficiently, the architecture of our system is B/S, while the traditional systems are almost C/S. MVC is an efficient design model for B/S, which ensure the extensibility and the performance of the system.This issue divides the development cycle into 3 parts:requirement analysis, design and implement. We adopt UML to model very development parts in detail to programme all functional moudels definitely.Firstly, this paper discusses of the background, goal and significance of the HRM system, and analyses the functional and non-functional requirements of the project using UML. After analyzing system requirements, we design the system architecture based on MVC. This paper designs this HRM system using two ideas-integrative management and different management.Then, this paper shows the system implementation. This part emphasizes the talent assessment. This paper gives a talent assessment algorithm based on Bayes classifier which extends the function scope of current HRM system. Firstly, we introduced the Bayes classifier theory, and modeling the talent assessment problem based on numerous investigations and analysis. Then, this paper designs and implements the algorithm. Finally, the system test is discussed.At last, we summarize our work, and propose the improvement strategy in the next step.
