With the improvement of people's living standard, the civil aviation travel has become an important transportation. Firstly, people travel to bring more convenient, Secondly, many related problems existed. For example, due to simple matching inquiries, the system cannot maximiz to meet people's demand for information, especially when passengers need to transfer, the problem that seems particularly outstanding. The topic is raised on this basis, using the means of information technology, providing passengers with an intelligent civil aviation travel plan. The purpose is to solve travel planning problems in many conditions of civil aviation travelers .First of all, the topic of current situation on the development of technology and methods were introduced, and it's analyzed and revealed the traditional path planning methods, modeling methods and classic knowledge representation methods. Second, how to provide a best transit bicycler transfer plans is key to this topic. Paper uses civil aviation transfer optimization process experiencing problems as the starting point. The papers uses the top-down gradually refinement stratified hierarchical modeling method and planning ideas, and respectively on the civil aviation of the distribution model on airport, the relation generalized modeling of airline distribution topology and flight timing and time zone modeling, etc. In all kinds of models, based on the learning of needs, combined by rubber bands stretched tight with A* algorithm, based on rubber band stretched tight to use A* algorithm improvement, and describes it in detail. Then, the system is built on the database in this paper, the function of each module is on the detail description, and gives the results of modules function interfaces. Finally, the system passed on the test and get it takes in different transfer case planning transfer to transfer, Which has verified the effectiveness of planning.
