Due to the sharp increasement of the application scale of RFID system and the complexity of EII (Enterprise Information Integration), it's an important agenda for developing related RFID data processing technology. In this context, RFID complex event process and RFID data lineage management technology arises at this historic moment, as the former one is one of the key technology in RFID system, and the latter one involves efficient RFID data quality tracing technology, which can provide critical information for the upper level's decision.While there exists some new tenchical challenges, such as the existing CEP engine can't work well with limited memory, few efficient lineage system can manage provenance information of RIFD data, etc. Above all has undoubtedly restricted the development of RFID technology. In order to break through the bottleneck, on the basis of former researches, the expansion of CEP model based on the graph is proposed in this paper. Meanwhile, a new RFID data lineage model based on fuzzy time Petri Net, is propsed for above reasons. The following is mainly research work in this paper:1) According to drawback of existing model, a improved CEP model(E-RCEDA) is proposed for effectively real-time processing massive RFID events with limited memory.2) According to the existing bottlenecks of traditional RFID data lineage management, FTNBREL model (lineage model based on fuzzy time Petri nets) is propsed for analysising and querying RFID data lineage information effectively.3) Finally, based on the requirements of model and the projects, RFID real-time data management system and simulation system are designed and implemented to verify the feasibility and superiority of the model.
