In recent years, along with the vigorous development of electronic industry, embedded system has been applied to the more and more fields, market demand is gradually increasing. The embedded system can be defined as "for the application of a center, computer technology as the foundation, the software and hardware can be cutting, adapt to the application system to the function, reliability and cost, volume, power consumption strict special computersystem". The embedded system is an application, it must be combined with specific application will have vitality. Will the advanced network technology and embedded systems, and the combination of application to IC testing system must be improved significantly system remote control ability, simplify the system bus structure. For the need of the testing system and the great expansion of application scope.The bus is a group of signal collection, is each function components in the system of information transmission between public channel. In the test system, the bus play an important role. LXI bus standards will Ethernet standard, interface standards, trigger standards, standards and network standard physical together, meet the test system of the system set up time, system size, transmission capacity and compatibility higher request, is the GPIB, VXI, PXI after new generation of bus standards.This topic is devoted to the development based on the automation of LXI bus IC testing system, the goal is to develop a low cost, low energy consumption, high performance, easy and flexible configuration, based on industrial Ethernet solutions.This paper tests the design of the system strictly follow LXI bus C standard, through analysis and comparison test technology at home and abroad the development trends and characteristics, to establish the industry in the mature distributed system, the realization means uses "PC+next place machine" model. On this basis, this paper focused on the following aspects:1. According to the embedded hardware resources transplant embedded real-time operating system μ C/OS-Ⅱ, and according to the functional requirement of μ C/OS-Ⅱ operating system proper clipping. 2. According to LXI bus C standard, in μ C/OS-II operating system realize the TCP/IP protocol, and realize the network transmission function.3. In Keil a compiled environment development embedded application software, including the network socket procedures and each test module control procedures.4. The program development environment in LabVIEW using graphical editing language development in the remote computer network virtual instrument interface. Forming a complete based on the automation of LXI bus IC testing system.The experimental results show that based on the automation of IC LXI bus test system, simulation and digital data of real time data collection, and through the LXI bus industrial Ethernet accurate, real-time data transmission to the computer. Compared with the traditional test bus in the transmission speed and system capacity and cost have great ascension, system flexible topology structure and rich expand interface for future realize large-scale network testing system to provide the possibility.
