With the rapid development of wireless communication technology in recent years, networkfrequency recourse becomes increasingly scarce. Wireless spectrum shortage becomes anobstacle of sustainable development of applying wireless communication and service. Cognitiveradio can use the spectrum which authorized users not use, so it can greatly improve the networkspectral efficiency.This thesis mainly researches cognitive radio dynamic spectrum access based on the theoryof POMDP. Limited to hardware and other reasons, the cognitive radio users can not fullyobserve the network. The purpose of this thesis is to improve the throughput of the entiresecondary users in the OSA network, avoid affecting communications of the primary users. Thisthesis proposes two access algorithms: optimal channel sensing and access strategy, andreduced-state suboptimal strategy. The two algorithms are both based on the network status, andthe latter algorithm use the greedy algorithm. This thesis simulate the network throughput of theusers above access algorithm under free error perceived model and error perceived model. Thesimulation results prove the correctness and rationality of two strategies, the throughput of OSAnetwork increase significantly.
