Now the wireless senor network gets more and more attention and at the same time, theresearch of senor network technology is more and more deeply. The senor network technology iscommonly used in indoor short-range wireless communication, so it is particularly important toresearch on it. Currently, most research on domestic indoor channel is mainly within the900MHz-2.4GHz frequency range, while the propagation model parameters according todifferent enviroments and frequency need specific measurements. The ITU-R SG-3K groupfocus on the research of the point to surface and do a lot of studies about widthbands ofurban, rural, moutain, rain attenuation and other enviroments at higher than 3GHz.They have aslogiven their channel models and modified parameters. In the Internet of Things, many networkswill get full use beyond 3GHz band, while it is not very detailed for indoor enviroment now. Sothe research about the details is needed to deep urgently. In this thesis, under the senor network application scenario,we test and analyze thecharacteristics of the indoor short-range wireless communication. The measurement is conductedat 4.3GHz-7.3GHz band which the center frequency is 5.8GHz.A large number of indoor databy the freqency domain channel measurement is collected.By inverse Fourier transform, the datais processed. Then we give the normal fitting cumulative distribution of the path loss exponent nand shadow fading standard deviation Xσwhich are the the key parameters of indoor path lossmodel. The last we give and analyze the power delay profile and the normal fitting cumulativedistribution of the RMS delay spread. These studies done in the thesis have a certain practicalsignicance of wireless senor network.
