The development of the city bus query system is placed in a level that fall behind of the city in our country. Lots of passengers can acquire few ways of information. We should develop our city's bus query system for resolving this kind of problems. The design of this application procedure---bus query system was purposed on this reason.. Bus Transfer Inquiry System MAS technology and Web technology is the result of combining the use of public transport interchange based query system can easily check the information at bus stops and stations and the station lines of the best transfer route between the query, thus facilitating people's travel choices. Construction of major research paper based on MAS Inquiry System Bus transfer technology and the ant colony algorithm for the design of the bus transfer algorithm.The application of Ant Colony Algorithm in the field of artificial intelligence research is hot these years. It resolve a lot of practical problems, such as engineering and computer simulation. In the process of design, the author introduces the theory and features of Ant Colony Algorithm, in the mean time, analyzed the development present condition of the bus passenger information in our city. Based on the results of previous studies, gives the research of the intelligent algorithms in the application of intelligent systems, including the rules design, rules changes, pheromone updates ,convergence test, the sample data revised, and so on. And on the basis of analysis the mental characteristics for the passenger and considered the factor of choice of the bus circuit of decision for passenger, a bus circuit was established according to time and transfer times, so as to select a reasonable model and completed the design of the system. The system has been given a dynamic cache, by putting some the most frequently used routes into the cache, this system can achieves a very high computing speed. This designed software is accord with the actual circumstance of the bus transportation. It has actual application value for it has been considered for the actual demand of the different bus passengers from all around and for having quickly operation speed and have some value to put it to use.Results show that the algorithm can make ESPT trusted, By continuing to optimize the rules, optimization parameter settings and will surely achieve more perfect results. However, the intelligent algorithms are complex, more optimization rules and parameters can make more perfect results.
