With the development of the society and the progress of science and technology, more and more people focus on the technology of the optical fiber sensing system. The research of the optical fiber sensing technology has a great significance in areas such as national defense and national economy.The fiber optic sensors have so many advantages, such as: high sensitivity, dynamic range, detection frequency and so on. As a result it attracted wide research and attention in the world. It is a very important research direction for high-sensitivity sensor is to put the optic sensor system to detect and pick up the sound signal aspect.In this paper, laboratory equipment and research has been the basis of the above, we propose a new fiber-optic probe structure. By theory and simulation two aspects we analyzed the structure of the two parts of feasibility. The main content of this article as follows:The first chapter describes the overall status of fiber-optic sensors and applications. And a brief introduction and development of domestic and international significance of this study gave a brief overview.Chapter 2 describes the optical design of the microphone membrane theory of knowledge. Finite element software combined with theoretical analysis of the membrane obtained fiber-optic design parameters. ANSYS software for vibration analysis of membrane static and modal analysis, and verified by theoretical calculations of its natural frequency and sensitivity are the same. In order to guide the designers to optimize the designess of the membranes.The third chapter mainly discusses the Lissajous Figures in the 3X3 coupler interferometer phase volume of applications using Labview complete signal processing and phase measurement process.Chapter 4 is based on chapter 2 and chapter 3, and designed a kind of interference fiber-optic microphone based on the 3X3 coupler. And designed a new type of vibrating diaphragm deep basin, and in theory and simulation verify the feasibility of its performance.The final chapter gives us a summary and outlook for the full text.Through the research and exploration of this paper, we accumulated some experience, but also found a lot of deficiencies. And fiber optic sensing system design for a new exploration for future research and exploration of some significance.
