During the process of industrial production, we need the real time testing and treatment of filed data. While most of the traditional data acquisition uses cable for the data transmission. As the limitation of wired network itself, to solve the network coverage and support issues in many special environments is still a problem. In order to solve this problem,"intelligent"data acquisition system that based industrial wireless network has become the hot research spots. This technology can solve the regional coverage problem that cable unable to realize, and achieve industrial field data real-time detection and treatment purposes, through the tiny sensor nodes with wireless communication and computing capabilities, which are densely distributed in unattended monitoring area.Data acquisition is the basic means of getting information, as the base of modern measurement and control technology has been widely used in many areas such as industrial production and science research, to detect signal and process information. The data acquisition system based on industrial wireless network can solve many issues while manual operation is not convenient, and in low efficiency. It will largely reduce the investment and maintenance cost of industrial monitoring system.We used TI Company's chip CC1100, and had designed a data acquisition system based on industrial wireless network. We mainly studied a multi-hop network that has the function of sensor networking, including the design of hardware module of wireless network node, and the writing and debugging of related software of the system. We used the wireless hardware module and the related software that had designed to compose a completed wireless data acquisition system. Meanwhile we presented an improved partition search algorithm by studying some routing algorithm, to reduce the blind spots and improve the efficiency of data acquisition, it also reduced the search time and lower power consumption.The present of jam in the industrial environment, we had to do some anti-jamming design in hardware and software to ensure system operation stable.To ensure the security of wireless data transmission, we used the RC4 encryption technology, so that data will not be destroyed or modified during transmission.The actual application result indicated that the system scheme is reasonable and feasible, had largely reduced the blind spots of the acquisition network, and improved the efficiency of data acquisition for using wireless multi-hop technology and the improved partition search algorithm, can basically meet the requirements of wireless data acquisition and monitoring.
