With the progress of information technology, a variety of information management tools and concepts have emerged. As a product of the information process, CRM (customer relationship management) is being more and more important in enterprises, and gradually implemented in the enterprise management. But now very few CRM systems are used for ordering. If we can use computers to extend the function of caller ID phone, caller ID module will be expanded and combined with the formation of high-end CRM system for the hotel industry, the telephone ordering system, it will have very broad application prospects. When a customer calls to reserve a table, the customer information will automatically display on the screen before the call is answered. It will help the hotel provide pointed services to customer and narrow the distance between customers and hotels, which will boost customer loyalty and improve the efficiency of hotels. In this paper, the MC9S08JM60 Freescale microcontroller control chip, combined with the relevant decoder chip SM8220P and MT8888 presents a CID with intelligent design. The paper gives detailed hardware and software design methods to achieve the FSK standard signal reception, cleaning, number of extraction and the DTMF dialing function of PC.And the system can take a phone message and record dialogues by the voice chip MC14LC5480. System uses a USB-powered, can handle two calls and products have been used in practice.High end software is developed by C# in visual studio 2008. It has friendly interfaces and is easy to operate. The system has a lot of modules in addition to the basic ordering module, such as statitical module, SMS module, recording module and assessment of customer value module. It will improve the competetiveness for hotels.
