2D image morphing technology has become the hot issue in the field of image in recent years. It's mainly used in video entertainment, medical image processing, virtual reality, animation production and military areas. With image processing technology's constantly innovation, the rapid development of 3D technology, as well as people's visual tired of planar images for its monotony and lackluster, image morphing technology has been given more and more attentions from researchers.This article makes scientific researches on image morphing technology based on Moving Least squares and Deformation of the Body in 2D implemented in Skinned Mesh Animation. In this paper, we introduce current situation of the computer image morphing technology at home and abroad with emphasis on image morphing technology based on moving least squares. This method makes affine, similarity, and rigid transformation to images by using a series of points or segments, and thorough user interaction to achieve image morphing. But because of the special topologicalstructure of human beings, it would be hard to avoid deformation distortion by simply deforming on the body in 2D, which may result in the differences between deformation results and ideal situation.Based on body deformation problems, the article improves body deformation algorithmic by applying Skinned Mesh Animation, combining Moving Least-squares technical principles. Combined with human body structure characteristics, firstly, human skeleton is divided into 18 bone skeletons for modeling, together with bone movement restrictions according to the binding between human joints, make human movement more realistic and consistent with the principles of biology. Secondly, use bones bound algorithm, binds 3D Prototype Network to skeletons, as a result, the human body movement is driven by skeleton movement. Thirdly, limit 2D human body movement according to the incorporation of 3D model and Moving Least-squares algorithm, in order to reach human body deformation effects.Finally, based on Visual C++ platform, by applying OGRE image processing engine, the paper realize a 2D body deformation system.
