Along with the digital compression technology and the development of network communication technology,particularly the rapid development of wireless communication technology,based on the video business have penetrated many fields,the transmission and processing of video information in the wireless network also become a hot spot of research at present.Compared with cable network,wireless network exists some defect,for example video transmission delay is bigger,ber high and so on, so it will inevitably appear data error,lose information etc.when video transmission,these are restricting the development of wireless video.This paper briefly introduced the video decoding technology research and development,the wireless network characteristics. Analyze the exist of the motion estimation algorithm, on this basis, used different algorithms according to the correlation between neighbouring blocks sport different,if the motion correlation is higher,used the SSS search template;Otherwise,used the LHDSP search template;Detailed introduction the existing mistake controlling technology, for existing mistake hidden algorithm, using the model information to hide can effectively reduce the mass effect and the characteristics of unnecessary calculation,this paper puts forward a mistake hidden algorithm based on multimodal superposition. it realized the better mistake hide,suitable for real-time communication system.Verifying these two schemes on JM86 which is the standard test platform of H.264, results show that the improved algorithm improved the video coding and decoding efficiency and improved the video quality.
